This policy applies to all programs conducted under the brand Mindwerk.
Participants may request a refund if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled program start time.
Requests must be sent via email to:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will typically be issued through the original payment method.
If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the program start time, Mindwerk may not be able to process the refund.
If a participant fails to attend a program or a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another batch.
Participants must request a refund (within the eligible timeframe) and register again for a future program.
If a program is cancelled or rescheduled by Mindwerk due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to register for a future program.
